What is a roof report?
We regularly conduct assessments for insurance companies, private individuals and organisations, on the condition of building roofs. Most commonly, an insurance claim has been commenced relating to some internal damage from a roof leak, which prompts the request for the assessment.
Our job is to check and report on the overall condition of the roof, check for the correct sizing of gutters and downpipes, provide details of any damage that can be seen, and advise our opinion on the cause of water entry to the property, along with our recommendations for repairs.
